Disconnect a hose from the gauge of pressure and close an aperture a tip of the finger.
Let your assistant will start the engine and will finish it to average turns (about 2000 rpm).
Again connect a hose to the gauge at constant number of turns.
As the lowered pressure adjustment of the moment of ignition of the block of management should work is again put to the gauge. At the same position of a pedal of gas the engine rotates much more strongly.
However if frequency of rotation remains to a constant, it means that a hose of the lowered pressure негерметичен or the defective gauge of pressure. The engine marks this fact fall of capacity and in bad parametres of the fulfilled gas.
