18.5. Injection system - a diesel engine

The reason
Action and elimination
A.Dvigatel it is bad or it is not started at all.
  1. The fuel tank is empty.
  2. Ventilation of a fuel tank is corked.
  3. Defect of the temperature switch or the device of cold start-up.
  4. Defect in system накаливания.
  5. Air in fuel system.
  6. Absence топливоснабжения. Check: open injecting tubes on atomizers and check up, whether there are fuel small amounts.
  7. Injecting pipelines after dismantle are incorrectly laid.
  8. Defect in an atomizer (ah).
  9. The beginning of giving of the electropump incorrectly.
  10. Defect in the electropump.
  11. Pressure of compression is not enough.
  1. Fill.
  2. Slowly open a tank stopper (pay attention to hissing noise). Clean a plug and ventilation.
  3. Check up the temperature switch, if necessary replace.
  4. Check up pressure, check up candles накаливания on functioning, replace defective details.
  5. Air system by means of a starter until fuel will not act in 1 spray.
  6. Check up, whether are cracked, corked or негерметичны топливопроводы. Clean the fuel filter or replace. Replace the salted filter in the winter and fill in winter fuel.
  7. Check up connections: at the left from above on the case of the distributor of the pump the cylinder 1, at the left from below the cylinder 3, on the right from below the cylinder 4, on the right from above the cylinder 2.
  8. Check up and repair, if necessary replace.
  9. It is necessary to debug the pump. Check up the giving beginning.
  10. Mount the replaced pump.
  11. Check up pressure of compression.
B.Nagretyj the engine has bad or "sawing" idling.
  1. Frequency of rotation of idling is incorrectly established.
  2. The fuel hose between the filter and the pump is disconnected.
  3. .Дефект in hoses of the lowered pressure of the EGR-device.
  4. Back fastening of the pump is disconnected or broken.
  5. Look А2, 7 – 9.
  1. Check up and adjust.

  1. The engine is not developed yet.

  3. Blow compressed air from a tank in a direction of atomizers step by step.

  1. Atomizers are weakened or defective
  2. The lining of a head of the block of cylinders has burnt through (check up, whether there is an engine oil in cold water or whether rise at the working engine gas vials in a cooling liquid).
  3. The valve backlash is small: the valve has burnt through.
  1. Clean or replace.
  2. Check up and replace.
  3. Spend measurement pressure of compression or the test for pressure loss. Check up a valve backlash, if necessary replace the valve, others grind.
Z.Dvigatel does not stop.
The PCU-block defective, contacts коррозированы. Check up the block and contacts.
