12.11. Dismantle and installation of the amplifier of a brake drive

Dismantle the main brake cylinder as it is described above. The compensatory tank with a brake liquid remains established on it. Dismantle a cap of the bearing of an amortisation rack and... ... Dismantle the bearing from the holder of strengthening. Unscrew the holder of strengthening from обтекателя and a lateral wall. Unscrew a nut (it is specified by an arrow) on a working bar of the amplifier of a brake drive.

Unscrew the amplifier (four nuts are specified by arrows) and pull out it from a motor compartment.

Finish installation upside-down. Check up preliminary new amplifier: in models with EVE the standard amplifier is not established!

So the brake liquid "stops"

If you remove the brake pipeline (a brake hose) the brake liquid slowly flows down from a compensatory tank. If is not present, before work release a blowing-off stopper of a corresponding brake contour and put on a hose for air removal. Insert the free end of a hose into pure capacity and squeeze out a brake pedal to the full. Then fix position of a pedal of a brake on the basis of a body wooden бруском or corresponding cargo. Now close inlet apertures in ГТЦ – the brake liquid cannot leave any more.
