12.12. Dismantle and installation of brake hoses

In the beginning turn on накидную a nut of the brake pipeline, then release other party of a hose. Track that the pipeline was not braided.
The majority of brake hoses are protected from slipping by the holder of a sleeve (metal скоба). At installation do not forget about it.
At installation tighten in the beginning the external carving party, then накидную a nut.
Never mount a hose in the braided condition. Correct landing can be distinguished on colour strips passing along a hose, rubber литникам or to a rubber profile.
After installation pump over brake system as it is described above.
Necessarily check up, whether has a new hose at spring moving appropriate freedom of a course. If is not present, displace the remote holder. Check up course freedom once again after a long trip.

If brake pipelines 2 and brake hoses 4 are connected to the metal holder 3 in the elastic holder of a hose 1 there is no necessity. For a detachment of such connection the key for brake hoses 5 which completely covers a pipeline nut is used. |
