12.3. Check of the amplifier of a brake drive

At the stopped engine some times press a pedal of a brake and then keep it in the most extreme position (to the full).
Now start the engine. The pedal should fall on pair millimetres. If it has not occurred, on it there are following reasons:
The hose of the lowered pressure from the inlet pipeline to the amplifier of a brake drive is not tight: in this case necessarily replace a hose and check up its connecting flanges.
The defective return valve in a hose of the lowered pressure: for valve check disconnect a hose of the lowered pressure from the amplifier and start the engine on single turns. If you do not hear rhythmic inlet noise, close the free end of a hose a finger-tip. If after that in a hose the vacuum, the valve defective is not created.
The rubber lining between the main brake cylinder and the amplifier of a brake drive became porous: dismantle the main brake cylinder from the amplifier and change a sealing ring.
The air filter on an amplifier hydropusher is polluted: disconnect the filter from a press core by means of a wire hook. Establish the new filter to the central point and clamp round a pusher in a landing place. Track that the filter became isolated round a pusher, differently in the brake amplifier not filtered air can get.
Defect in an amplifier membrane: repair here is not possible. It is necessary to get over the new amplifier completely.
