15.8. The switch

By means of the lock of a shaft of a steering wheel/lock-switch of ignition the engine and in the absence of the ignition key within five seconds – and automatic system of blocking of a course (PATS) is started. After about half of turn of a steering wheel without the ignition key the steering wheel lock is fixed also. Practice has shown that in запорных mechanisms seldom there are defects.
