11.13. Replacement of a rotary support of the steering mechanism
Dismantle

Unscrew a nut of a nave of a wheel and wheel bolts.
Out of the blue reliably put the car on goats, dismantle a forward wheel.
Dismantle the wheel gauge of system ABS from the holder of an amortisation rack (it is specified by an arrow).

Dismantle a support of the brake mechanism as it is described above, and fix by means of a wire in a wheel niche. Thus do not break a brake hose.
Unscrew safety screws of a disk of the brake mechanism and pull out a disk from a wheel niche. Strongly sitting disks release by means of exact blows by a hammer (a plastic hammer). Other variant – stripper use.

Dismantle the bottom facing of the engine.

Dismantle forward protection on an auxiliary frame (it is shown by arrows).

Dismantle, as it is described above, the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket from a rotary support.
Unscrew tightening the screw of an amortisation rack.
Wring out by means of a three-lever stripper as it is described above, a power shaft from a nave of a wheel and prop up a shaft.
Dismantle a rotary support.
Instal, depending on car model, upside-down.
For this purpose establish a rotary support on an amortisation rack and level it.
At once press a rotary support on a hinge shaft as soon as the first coils of a carving will be free, and prefer a shaft with a new axial nut.
Press against the stop from below the spherical hinge in a rotary support.
Check up a free wheeling of all components of the brake mechanism and connect the ABS-GAUGE.
Put the car on wheels, press a pedal of a brake and tighten a nut of a nave of a wheel the moment 290 Н·м. Do not forget about wheel bolts.
