11.14. Dismantle and installation of a back amortisation rack

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Out of the blue reliably put a back part of the car on goats and in addition prop up the forward bridge противооткатным a wedge. Dismantle a corresponding wheel. Dismantle a cable of a lay brake from скобы the brake mechanism. For this purpose compress lock ledges 1 and lower a cable 2.

    Dismantle the ABS-GAUGE (it is specified by an arrow) from a wheel nave.

    ABS-GAUGE dismantle.

    Unscrew скобу the brake mechanism together with a board, suspend them by means of a wire in a wheel niche and... ... Pull out a disk of the wheel brake mechanism from a wheel niche. If it is clamped, cautiously help itself a plastic hammer. Unscrew four screws (are specified by arrows) and disconnect a nave from a fixing flange.

    Dismantle of a nave of a wheel.

    Dismantle the bottom cross-section levers of a suspension bracket (forward and back) from a rotary fist (it is specified by arrows).

    Dismantle of both cross-section levers of a suspension bracket from a rotary fist.

    Unscrew the longitudinal lever from a rotary fist and... ... Dismantle a connecting bar of the stabilizer. Disconnect a rotary fist (it is specified by an arrow) and remove it.

    Remove a connecting bar of the stabilizer from an amortisation rack and... ... Dismantle by means of a hydraulic automobile jack an amortisation rack from an edge of an additional frame. For this purpose raise an amortisation rack 1, wring out it from edge of an auxiliary frame 2 and slowly lower by means of a jack.
